At The Beautory (pronounced byoo-tuh-ree), customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. We carefully curate high-quality beauty products, but if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was shown on our website.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 2 days of delivery.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • We do not offer refunds for items received in good condition.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide either:
    • A replacement item (if available).
    • A store credit for future purchases.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.
  • If the item was received in good condition but you wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Attach your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
