Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- The product delivered is significantly different from what was shown on our website.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 2 days of delivery.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, providing:
- Your order number and proof of purchase.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue.
Refunds & Store Credit
- We do not offer refunds for items received in good condition.
- If your return is approved, we will provide either:
- A replacement item (if available).
- A store credit for future purchases.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), we will cover all shipping costs.
- If the item was received in good condition but you wish to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
