Delivery Policy

At The Beautory (pronounced byoo-tuh-ree), we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Below is a breakdown of our delivery process.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days.

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday.
    We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

    Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays are processed the next working day.

  • Once processed, orders are dispatched promptly.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Lagos Orders: 1-2 working days via our trusted logistics partners.

  • Orders Outside Lagos: 3-4 working days via GIG Logistics.

  • Express Interstate Delivery: Currently unavailable.

  • Delivery Days: Deliveries are primarily on weekdays, but some orders may be delivered on Saturdays.

Shipping Fees

  • We do not have a standard shipping fee. Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If delivery is attempted twice and unsuccessful, the customer will be required to pay an additional delivery fee for reattempted shipping.

Abandoned / Unclaimed Orders

  • If delivery fees are not paid, or an order is shipped to a pickup location and not collected within 3 days, the order will be classified as abandoned. Once an order is classified as abandoned, the customer forfeits all claims to the items, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.
